I'm a single retired gringa with a small, well-behaved yorkie-poo dog. I always keep the dog on a leash outside and clean up after her. I also keep her treated with flea medicine and bathe her often.
Are you negotiable at all on the rent? My budget for rent and all utilities (including wifi) is $700 a month. That's what I'm paying now in Costa Rica where I've been living for three months. I would like to move to Boquete on August 15th.
