Two condos are located in the Founders buildings at Playa Blanca on the Pacific Ocean.

dishwasher, microwave, washer and dryer. One unit has a BBQ. There is
high-speed internet and cable tv installed in each. 24 hour security. Pool and beach
are readily available. Town Center with shops should be completed by summer 2011.
Shopping nearby 5 min, or Coronado / Penenome 30 min away.
Great restaurants nearby, and a growing residential community. Being on the resort
premises, there is also 24 hr medical available. This is a great plus!
I am looking for long term renters who are careful and reliable. I am willing to
talk about rent....it isn't cast in stone, but it will depend on duration of rental.
