Hello again, I have taken care of properties for years. I'm a dog and house sitter but I'm now just looking for a place to live.
I've been here 17 years and I'm a dual national plus I also know rental laws. I'm also handy with fixing some things and have excellent references plus I also know honest contractors should something goes wrong I can't fix.
At present I live in El Francés and manage the farm when they travel. I love it here but it's too far from the main Rd and I'd like to be closer to home.
I have till the 30th January but would like to move by the 15th January.
I worked in home sales and construction in the USA, thus I have plenty of experience dealing with the public.
