Does the house have hot water? Is it available around the first of the year? iIs it furnished? My wife and I will be coming to Panama around 01/01/11 and will need a place for a month to start and if we like living in the area could possibly turn into a sale or long term rental.
This house is rented as far as I know. It may be available then...it does not have hot water in the kitchen but the showers are hot water. It is furnished with cable tv and internet.

The house is rented tip July as far as I know. The beginni g of July. It is furnished and is supposed to have Internet, cable tv and all utilities. I don't know if the lndlady still offers it all but of she does not then the rent should be less. I don't have pics on my iPod but if I remember when I go back online I will send the pics I have. When do you arrive?

We are also looking for a house to rent starting July 1st. Our arrival in Panama is on June 20th and we will spend about a week in PC getting our Visas and taking care of other business. Could you email me some photos and contact information to sleon_ru@yahoo.com, I would appreciate it.
