looking for rental Feb-March, 1 bdrm w/ dog

Hola... My friend is wanting to spend a couple of months here in Boquete (or close by!) in Feb/March.   She is okay with a "humble" rental... the biggest concern of hers is that there is a fenced/secure yard for her dog.  She is currently in Costa Rica -- spening less than $300 for a rental...  I told her to expect a bit more, but she cannot go past $450 MAX.   

I'm reaching out here on Ning to see if anyone may have a rental that meets those parameters.   If yes, please contact me!  :)  Thanks, Joy
