the cost for a single person is $1000 and a couple is $1050 including all the extras. we only ask 1 month as a deposit.

I found on this site that the monthly rent is $950.00. You may find it as well. I went through several pages of rental before I located it - if it is still the price. It was posted a whie ago. :-)

How much a month?
I would love nothing more than to lease this apartment long term. I am reliable (an attorney) and am impeccably clean.
Unfortunately I will not be ready to leave the US for a few more months. I will continue to monitor this in case you get a short-term rental, making the space available again in May or June.
As you know, your spa and grounds are marvelous. THere is no more attractive place to live in Boquete.
