The one in alto boquete is the 3 brm 1 bath unfurnished for 350 a month , (electric, water and trash included)

En el alto boquete tengo un apt small de 1 brm 1 bath con una cama table and chairs no apliances por 350. al mes ,
Tambien tengo un apt de 3 brm 1 bath pero sin muebles y sin apliances en 350 en el Alto B.

I am interested in your rental. Can you describe where it is please since I am familiar with the town of Boquete. Perhaps you can say how far it is from Romero's for example or the plaza where Habla Ya school, the bank and other stores are located? Or identify where it is in terms of the main bridge or the number or name of the road if there is one? Also, do you have any pictures you can provide of inside and outside? I would be interested in a longer term rental. I am a retired teacher in Vancouver, Canada, planning to return to Boquete. It is imperative that I have access to the internet and TV so if you can include some information about that I would be appreciative. I have good financial and personal references. I am single, no pets, no kids even, so my footprint is very modest and i look after rentals like they were my own.
