There are a couple AirBnB Inquiries that I am Still Undecided about , but It would suit us Well in February to have it Rented for the Entire Month rather than People dropping in Sporadically ..   Right Now we are only Short Term in the Busy Season as we have bookings beginning in March ...
  
  We can Offer 900$ for the Month of February which is 300$ less than our AirBnB Price ..

  we are willing to pay a reasonable rental price. We are retired couple with no children, no pets
  
  no funitures (only clothes) no smoking, no partying, and responsable. What`s the location of
  
  your property. We like the Valle Escondido or the downtown Boquete area. Our moving time
