Short term lease prices high season (Dec.15 through April 15):   3 day minimum $150 per day. $700 weekly. $1500 monthly.  

Low season rates: 3 day minimum $100 per day, $600 weekly. $1200 monthly.

Long term ( 1 year or more ) rates available at low season rate. First and last month deposit required one month before lease.

Includes all utilities.  ( 8 meg Wi-Fi Internet, Cable TV, Propane, Electricity, Water, and Garbage )

PayPal or direct bank deposit required to reserve daily, weekly, or monthly rental. Long term requires first and last month deposit.

Owner lives on premises. Additional $300 security deposit for small quiet dog, absolutely no cats.

Light Housekeeping once a week and gardener once a week included.
