Wanted: 2-bed, 2-bath furnished long-term rental

I am looking for a 2-bed, 2-bath, furnished long-term rental starting January 1st 2013 that would allow 2 indoor spayed cats. We are mother & daughter, retired nurses, who will be in Boquete tomorrow for our first scouting visit. The top of our budget is $800 and if any or all utilities are included that would be a huge plus.
