I teach Pilates at the Haven 3 days a week, Mondays, Wednesdays and fridays. Beginners at 8:30 and Intermediates at 10 a.m. Classes are 75 minutes long. I was a Yoga instructor for 22 years and always mixed in some Pilates, but now I'm pure Pilates. I totally love it! I really feel Pilates knew anatomy and understood the body and how it is built to move. It has a lot to offer the practitioner regarding the development of core strength, balance, coordination, long lean muscles and an integrated body and mind. Yoga is taught at the Haven in the afternoons on Tuesdays and Thursdays and on Saturday mornings. Kaytee's classes are very well-liked and well attended. The Haven is a beautiful place and the gym and exercise room are fully -equipped with quality equipment. It offers good value for the money and is a serene environment to enter.
