Sounds great, we will buy y'alls lunch. We have so many questions, and really appreciate your time. Does your husband fish? I heard I could get directv and still watch the Texans, true?
We are so ready to get out of this rat race. I've been with Chevron/Phillips 30 years. I'm thinking 4 more and I'm out of here. I see lots of warnings about buying homes and getting scammed. We plan to rent first. Planning a trip down there next spring. My wife loves the mountains I love saltwater fishing so maybe we can meet in the middle. We were thinking Boquete would be good place to start, since there is more support there till we get acclimated into the culture. We have dogs. Did y'all ship stuff there or buy all new. Hate to get rid of all my toys. Thanks, Ron
Thank you very much for the information. Mark has been talking with both Rainier and with Brent at B&B. What we're still trying to decide is if we can save some money and pack and load the container ourselves or not? The guy at Rainier said yes but their website says they pack all furniture and breakables so we're confused.
We plan to ship the container in October and will be there then for about 3 weeks for a visit. We will not be there when the container arrives but hope to have a neighbor (and Brent) facilitate. Do you see any issues with doing it that way?
Any other advise you have is appreciated! Hope all is well in Boquete.
Thank you! Glad to hear from you. We are currently in Seattle and looking to ship a container in October. Would love to hear your experience, tips, etc.

Debbie,
Does the church you attend have services in English?
Debbie, Elizabeth copied me on your update message re your gut health.
Really great to hear that. If you have time it would really help us and others if you could put a short post re this here on NING.
Alternative healers/herbalists/naturopaths get such a bashing here and it would be helpful to have an another opinion registered.
Thanks again
