    I made a shallow box out of fine silver. Into the top part I cut my designs and filled them with enamels. Enamel is powdered glass, fired to 1500F it melts into the silver and as it cools off hardens to glass.
    This piece shows all the beauty of Boquete: the coffee plant, hibiscus, the quetzal and monkey, and the canyon with our Baru.
