    Greetings. I'm planning on moving to the Boquete/Volcan area in May of 2022. I'm a long time meditator and would love to be part of some group meditations. Cheers!!

    Is there still any interest in this? I have been connected with the Soto Zen Buddhist tradition for nearly 50 years. I’ve been teaching beginning meditation classes (if we are doing it right we are always beginners) since 1987, and have evolved a (practice based) lightly guided, non-religious system I call Meditation Education. I will be doing a class or two at the library soon. Be nice to have a once a week meditation group... I’m happy to help organize this.

    If our group is too small for a rental hall, than I suggest we meet at my duplex apartment for discussion and at least attempt group meditation, if nothing else.

    I will arrive on December 1st, hopefully and will be in touch with the group soon after.

    It would be nice to think about having a stone maze somewhere as a zen path, or is that not compatible with the region?
