Seeking a furnished home rental for 3-6 months. I am planning a one year stay in the Boquete area, and possibly a permanent retirement location.
I will visit in April to look for an a rental unit get a feel for the area.

We offer four comfortable small apartments which we rent usually for a few days but will accept also guests for weeks or several months with a significant discount. Ideal for singles or couples who are in Boquete to study Spanish or to look for a place to buy and settle. Each apartment has a kitchen with refrigerator, gas stove, pots, pans and kettle, dishes and cutlery and lots of storage space for food. The bedroom has a queen-size double bed, a smart-tv (right now WiFi only, but cable tv can be added), a private in-wall router with WiFi and LAN, a desk, nightstands, a closet and exit to a private terrace with access to our fruit garden. We are going to need something starting January 1, 2020. We own a condo in David but decided that we want to be somewhere cooler and the condo is rented starting January 1 so we need a place to live...
We know that this is the worst possible time to be looking for a place in Boquete, but that's how things worked out. We are hoping to buy or build something in the Alto Boquete area, but do not want to rush into anything, so we hope to rent on a monthly basis until we can decide what to do long-term.
We are hoping for 2BR/2BA, furnished, in a quiet location. We do not have pets or children, nor do we enjoy loud music, parties, or other nonsense.
We understand that we will be paying a premium price for a monthly rental during the tourist season, and are prepared to do that. We are prepared to pay a deposit immediately in order to secure the rental starting on or before Jan 1.
We would like to tour the home at the owner's convenience. We are currently living in David, we have a car, and we can be in Boquete in 30 minutes.
