House is set up for internet and TV. Renter responsible for these. $450 per month, with renter to look after the day to day property upkeep and utility bills. Utility bills usually under $30 per month. The home and property have just been cleaned and serviced again.

    For those that keep asking, this is not a modern American style home, but a renovated Panamanian style home. It does not have all the amenities of the newer homes in the suburbs of Boquete, but is a lovely home on a large productive property in a country style atmosphere. If you need the day to day need for walks around town, and socializing, this home is probably not for you. If you are looking for a country environment, within fairly close distance to larger amenities, then the home is probably 20 minutes from such. There is bus service, but it is about a mile away from my property, so a vehicle is probably needed for most. This is a large property with lots of fruits, etc, and a ton of lawn, and has more wildlife(birds mostly) than you can imagine. Anymore questions can be answered by Ken, the gentleman looking after the property for me. I hope this helps to give a bit more info on the property.

    Thanks. The home is rebuild of a typical Panamanian home, smaller, but built for the basics. The wonderful part of the property is the yard. It is very large, with numerous trees and flowers, both fruit and vegetable, and not. The variety of birds and animals that visit the property is amazing. So many creatures to look at and enjoy each day, especially the hummingbirds.

    Could you please call the number I left on the ad, or email Ken, the man looking after renting my property. He can give you all the details. If cleaned up after, a dog is no problem at all, and he/she would love all the room to run and play. I can tell you that if a renter comes up sooner, which I imagine will happen, I would have to rent to them instead. I do not want to keep the upkeep on the property for that long with no income to pay for it.
