Available the end of July, a 3 bedroom/2 bath very spacious modern house on a 1200 m2 (1/3 acre) fenced in lot with an electric gate. This house is very secure (if you have ever lived in Panama you know that you need security on all windows and doors). It is located in a very quite neighborhood with good neighbors in the district of Dolega around 15 minutes from Boquete and the same time to David. The bus to Boquete passes right in front of the house, taxi's are plentiful.
The house is equipped with a solar hot water system, a very large master bedroom with private full bathroom, two other large bedrooms, another large full bathroom in the hallway, a large living room and large kitchen (open floor plan). There is a large storage/workshop behind the main house if you are so inclined to make things. The grounds are delightful containing tropical trees and plants and ample room for dogs (or cats) to run around.
There are air-conditioners located in two of the bedrooms and ceiling fans in all of the rooms. There is a refrigerator and gas stove/oven in the kitchen along with plenty of cabinets and counter space. There is a washing machine and beds in two of the bedrooms. The fully covered tiled garage can accommodate two large vehicles and is a great place to relax, socialize or to Bar-B-Que.
The rent is $500. with first and last month (deposit) payable upon occupation. Renters will be responsible for lawn maintenance, electricity. internet (Cable Onda), Water/garbage is included. This house has never experienced water problems like in Boquete and has a large backup water tank with pump. The water is potable (drinkable without filters). This house must be seen to be appreciated.
