I lived in SEATTLE, VANCOUVER AND VISIT VICTORIA..AND I MISS THE COFFE SHOPS, TO GATHER WITH FRIENDS, OR THE MARKET ON THE WEEKENDS..

I came from Victoria Canada. The weather is not really that much different from here especially if you live near the water or you are up in the mountains. I love it here. I love the people and in some ways I see myself in them. In the ways they smile with their heart. I find myself connecting with many without words, even though I see the value of learning spanish.

I have 2 grown sons and 4 grandchildren ranging from 4 to 11.even though I miss them very much and at times miss getting my joy fix from the grand kids I felt called to come here, as crazy as this must sound.

I had a near death experience about 9 years ago where I was given a very powerful message. I had heard of "your life flashes before your eyes" and I was not even close to imagining the true meaning of that statement.. One day I will share this in a workshop I will lead down the road a ways.

Lived In Boquete for three years. Came from British Columbia, I have lived here over five years
and I am now a Panamanian citizen. Two of my daughters are here and two are in Canada finsihing schooling. Currently residing in David. I can remember Boquete when there were more Canadians than Gringos.

In love with Boquete as well. Just get some golf courses. I have played golf every day for last week and there are still 50 more to play within an hour's drive of Ottawa. Do miss handfeeding a toucan and a chacalaca at the same time.
