VICTORY!! Ex-Monsanto employee Richard Goodman has been removed from the Editorial Board of the Journal of Food and Chemical Toxicology. Goodman became Associate Editor for Biotechnology not long before the Seralini paper was retracted. The former Editor-in-Chief, A. Wallace Hayes, who retracted the important paper by the Seralini team appears to have been demoted and Jose Domingo has been appointed Editor-in-Chief. Jose Domingo has published papers showing that safety of GM crops is not an established fact. Thank you to all the dedicated scientists and to all of you who took the time to contact the journal and call for their removal. Kicked to the curb, Monsanto goes quietly into the night...

Chemical Giant Bayer Loses Libel Suit Against Friends of the Earth Germany: German chemical giant Bayer has failed in its attempt to sue Friends of the Earth Germany over the nonprofit’s claims that thiacloprid, neonicotinoid-class insecticide manufactured by Bayer, harms bees. A judge in Dusseldorf ruled that the environmental group had a right to voice its concerns. Friends of the Earth bees campaigner, Dave Timms, said: “Bayer has been shown up as a corporate bully, trying to silence campaigners who are standing up for bees.”

Bayer wants to poison the bees & shut down freedom of speech. So typical of the GMO industry. NEONICS are killing more than bees and these poisons need to be banned.
