October 10/09 Thought of the day Daily Tarot
The Judgement card suggests that my alter ego is The Compassionate One, whose superpower lies in revelation of my life and worldly events. I will reflect a sense of gratitude for my life and those involved by showing humility, forgiveness and charity. By doing so, I feel a strong redemption for past events -- a great liberating feeling. I have punished myself enough and am free at last. Clearing the conscience through forgiving yourself and others can bring an overwhelming sense of peace and joy.

LOVING HANDS PARTING THE SKY

Cara Winship sent this out.

"I took this picture on Hwy 30, traveling to London , KY. It has given me strength in the times of trouble. I feel I should share it with the rest of the world. I hope it is an inspiration to you. It just goes to show what we already know...The Universe is watching over us.

I e-mailed this picture to News Channel 36. I was contacted by Meteorologist John James. He said that this picture of the sky is showing up in all states and around the world. He wanted to know where I was from and where I took it. He saw a similar picture taken in Texas . He said this is amazing to him.

Would you look at this picture? It reminds me of that song 'He's got the whole world in his hands.'

Sept 29/09 Thought of the day. Don't take anything personally.
Love and Respect Yourself. You are never responsible for the actions of others. But you are responsible for you. If someone is not treating you with love and respect, it is a gift if they walk away from you, you may hurt for a while, but your heart will eventually heal. THE FOUR AGREEMENTS. Don Miguel Ruiz

Sept 26/09 Thought of the day.
Our thoughts, feelings, and actions have tremendous power. We can tap into positivity at any moment we choose and begin to shift our energy, sending a clear message that we're ready and eager to receive all that we desire. The intensity of our emotions, and the ease with which we can switch them, is what Your Destiny Switch is all about.

Sept 16/09 Thought of the day
"I am responsible. Although I may not be able to prevent the worst from happening, I am responsible for my attitude toward the inevitable misfortunes that darken life. Bad things do happen; how I respond to them defines my character and the quality of my life. I can choose to sit in perpetual sadness, immobilized by the gravity of my loss, or I can choose to rise from the pain and treasure the most precious gift I have - life itself."

Walter Anderson

September 15/09 Thought of the day
By being aware of our thoughts and feelings we can better create our own realities. Take inventory on the various thoughts you have about your own life, are you living a life where you focus on everyday abundance or are you seeing limitations and lack all around you. Whey you focus on the abundance, then the Universe will mirror that abundance back to you. When you focus on the limitations, the universe will mirror those limitations back to you as well.

Sept 13/09 Thought of the day.
SEE THE BEAUTY IN EVERYTHING. As you awakeen to your divinge nature, you'll begin to appreciate beauty in everything you see, touch, and experience.

"The Power of Intention" Dr Wayne Dyer

Sept 10/09 Thought of the day
"The health of your body influences what you experience in your mind. There is no split. If you can engage your whole spirit in the pursuit of total fitness - not just your intellect, not just your emotions - but instead everything inside you that is truly you, you'll discover what it is to be a whole person."

David Patchell-Evans

Sept 5/09 Thought of the day
"Our ultimate freedom is the right and power to decide how anybody or anything outside ourselves will affect us."
Stephen R. Covey

Aug 27/09 Thought of the day
Acknowledge Your Creativity and Genius; The qualities of creativity and genius are within you, awaiting your decision to matck up with the power of intention. Genius is a characteristic of the creative force that allows all of material creation to come into form. It is an expression of the divine.
Dr. Wayne Dyer :The Power of Intention"

August 24/09 Thought of the day
"There is only one way in the world to be distinguished. Follow your instinct! Be yourself, and you'll be somebody. Be one more blind follower of the blind, and you will have the oblivion you desire."
Bliss Carman
1861-1929, Poet

August 6/09 Thought of the day
Stay in the present moment
If you notice your mind focused on the future, gently bring it back to the present. If you notice it focused on the past, bring it back to the present. The present is your point of power. It is the only moment in which you can choose and act.
Janet Smith Warfield "101 Paths to peace, power, and prosperity."

August 3/09 Thought of the day
Ask for what you want
Find the courage to ask for what you want. Others have the right to tell you yes or no. But you always have the right to ask. Likewise, everybody has the right to ask you for what they want, and you have the right to say yes or no.
Don Miguel Ruiz "The Four Agreements"

"Most of the limitations you think you have are the ones you have decided on. They are often entirely self-imposed. You might think, 'I can't do this, I can't do that, I would never do that, my parents could never do that, I never played baseball, I never climbed a mountain, I never, never, never'... It's the old broken record in your head. Throw out that negative thinking right now! Learn to play a positive message in your head because it's all about attitude."

I came across The Optimist Creed more than 30 years ago at a time in my life when I was at a crossroads. After I read it for the first time, I wrote it out and hung in my bathroom beside my mirror. I read this everyday as a Mantra to live my life by.

Many of you most likely have read it at least once. I am sharing with you because it has showed up in an email I recieved earlier today.

Originally published in 1912 by Christian D. Larson
recommended reading every morning and evening…

The Optimist Creed
PROMISE YOURSELF…

To be so strong that nothing can disturb your peace of mind.

To talk health, happiness and prosperity to every person you meet.

To make all your friends feel that there is something worthwhile in them.

To look at the sunnyside of everything and make your optimism come true.

To think only of the best, work only for the best and to expect only the best.

To be just as enthusiastic about the success of others as you are about your own.

To forget the mistakes of the past and press on to the greater achievements of the future.

To wear a cheerful expression at all times and give a smile to every living creature you meet.

To give so much time to improving yourself that you have no time to critisize others.

To be too large for worry, to noble for anger, too strong for fear and too happy to to permit the presence of trouble.

To think well of yourself and to proclaim this fact to the world, not in loud word, but in great deeds.

To live in the truth that the whole world is on your side, so long as you are true to the best that is in you.

SACRED PATH CARDS: THE DISCOVERY OF SELF THROUGH NATIVE TEACHINGS by Jamie Sams
The sacred path cards have 44 in the deck on native teachings. I often have done readings for myself and others over the years, they have been very accurate. Some days I draw one card and focus on that card for the day.

Today I would like to share with you the card I attracted on Saturday. Sunday I went on the Yoga Retreat organized by Dina. I find for me this kind of getaway replenishes my energies along with my daily rituals.

So on Saturday the card I drew was the 5th card in the deck, THE STANDING PEOPLE which speaks to us of roots and giving. We must nuture ourselves through connection to the Earth in order to give freely without exhaustion. The root of the Self is where strength is gathered. This root should be firmly earthed in the soil of our Mother Planet. Without this connection, dreams cannot manifest and our giving cannot be compensated by the Earth Mother. If you are spaced out, stop and reconnect.

Be still and become the trees in order to observe what is growing in your forest. The root of every answer for physical life is found in the Earth. Look to your family tree for the strength offered by your Ancestors. Lift your branches high, seeking the light of Grandfather Sun and you will see how your roots make you of the Earth and yet a bridge to the Sky World.

The Standing People are asking you to give to yourself. Ask yourself if you are willing to give and recieve. Count the root of every blessing with gratitud. Find any blockage that limits your root system or ability to go deeper. Then remove that feeling and go deeper once again for the answers you seek. Remember that we are also the root of the future and through our lives, future generations are nurtured. Weed out anything that will inhibit future growth and you can stand proud among your Tree Relations.

.57 cents

A little girl stood near a small church from which she had been turned away
because it was "too crowded."

"I can't go to Sunday School," she sobbed to the pastor as he walked by

Seeing her shabby, unkempt appearance, the pastor guessed the reason
and, taking her by the hand, took her inside and found a place for her
in the Sunday school class. The child was so happy that they found room
for her, and she went to bed that night thinking of the children who
have no place to worship Jesus

Some two years later, this child lay dead in one of the poor tenement
buildings. Her parents called for the kindhearted pastor who had
befriended their daughter to handle the final arrangements.

As her poor little body was being moved, a worn and crumpled red purse
was found which seemed to have been rummaged from some trash
dump.

Inside was found 57 cents and a note, scribbled in childish handwriting,
which read: "This is to help build the little church bigger so more
children can go to Sunday School."

For two years she had saved for this offering of love

When the pastor tearfully read that note, he knew instantly what he
would do. Carrying this note and the cracked, red pocketbook to the
pulpit, he told the story of her unselfish love and devotion

He challenged his deacons to get busy and raise enough money for the
larger building.

But the story does not end there...

A newspaper learned of the story and published It. It was read by a
wealthy realtor who offered them a parcel of land worth many thousands.

When told that the church could not pay so much, he offered to sell it
to the little church for 57 cents.

Church members made large donations. Checks came from far and wide.
Within five years the little girl's gift had increased to $250,000.00--a

huge sum for that time (near the turn of the century). Her unselfish
love had paid large dividends.

When you are in the city of
Philadelphia, look up Temple Baptist Church, with a seating capacity of
3,300. And be sure to visit Temple University, where thousands of
students are educated.

Have a look, too, at the Good Samaritan Hospital and at a Sunday School
building which houses hundreds of beautiful children, built so that no
child in the area will ever need to be left outside during Sunday school
time.

In one of the rooms of this building may be seen the picture of the sweet face of the little girl whose 57 cents, so sacrificially saved,
made such remarkable history. Alongside of it is a portrait of her kind
> >>pastor, Dr. Russell H. Conwell, author of the book, "Acres of Diamonds".

This is a true story, which goes to show WHAT GOD CAN DO WITH 57 CENTS.

Please send this back. (You'll see why.)

St. Theresa Prayer (cannot be deleted)

REMEMBER to make a wish before you read the prayer. That's all you have
to do. There is nothing attached. This is a powerful novena.

Just send this
Do not break this, please. Prayer is one of the best free gifts we
receive. There is no cost but a lot of reward. (This is true)

Did you make a wish?)
If you don't make a wish, it won't come true. Last Chance to Make a
Wish.

May today there be peace within. May you trust your highest power that you are exactly where you are meant to be.
May you not forget the infinite possibilities that are born of faith.
May you use those gifts that you have received, and pass on the love
that has been given to you.

May you be content knowing you are a child of God.
Let this presence settle into our bones, and allow your soul the freedom
to sing and dance. It is there for each and every one of you

Create a Road Map for a successful journey in the manifesting process

The first thing you need to do is to work on a vision of how you want your life to be, as well as a clear plan on how to get there. It is surprising how many times I ask clients about the direction they want to go in, only to discover that they are simply wandering along just letting life happen to them, all the while wishing that their dreams would come true.

This is where I can help! Why should we sit back, waiting for life to happen as it will, when we have the power to set our own goals and the energy and desire to make our dreams a reality? Setting goals puts you squarely in charge of your own life, and that is a very desirable situation. That is why I have decided to share a few simple tricks I have found helpful in making goal setting even easier and more successful.

1. The physical act of writing a goal on paper helps to anchor it in your mind, so write your goals down every day, and make certain that you keep your goal centered on you and not someone else. Also creating a visual using cutouts and pictures and words from various sources. By seeing the images every day it acts as a confirmation that it is already present.

2. Be sure to state your goal in positive terms, as such statements draw positive things your way. For example, "I am always on time" is preferable to "I am never late."

3. Our subconscious only understands present time. So, if you create goals that are set in the future, your subconscious will keep those goals in the future. For this reason, it is best to always write your goals as if they were already happening or had already happened. You will also want to prioritize your goals.

4. State your goals clearly and precisely so that the Universe and your subconscious know exactly what YOU want. Using strong words that evoke emotion and command action helps to call forth the energy needed to move forward.

5. And, most importantly, when you write down your goals, imagine yourself already being, doing, or having the things that you are dreaming about. This will further activate and imprint your goals on your subconscious.

Greetings. I am new to the area and trying to find foods that fit the healthy lifestyle. Where can you find:
organic produce
raw dairy products, meat and fowl from animals that are grass-fed &
antibiotic free
unfiltered honey
nuts grown in the region like cashew and brazil nuts

These for me are the basis of a health promoting diet for me. Any information will be appreciated.
