HEALTH CHALLENGE UPDATE, AFTER THE FIRST 8 DAYS, RESULTS

Hi Everyone,

Im here with good news today! News for all of you meat lovers out there….Being a consumer of only fruits and vegetables is not hard to do in fact, it’s totally enjoyable! I have been loving every minute of this so called diet. Have I thought about a hot grilled chicken breast?…..yes! But it’s ok, I just substituted a giant salad with some Organic greens, fresh sprouts, feta cheese, raisins, sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds. In 2 words a Delicious Pleasure!

 

Am I losing weight?

After 8 days of eating this way, without suffering or feeling hungry, I have lost 7.92 pounds!

How do I feel?

I feel more energy, sleep well, feel powerful in the gym and its all systems go!

What am I eating?

Just about whatever I want, any Thai vegetable dish, some with coconut milk, soups, mushrooms, a giant salad every night, a coffee, water, a wonderful tea made from the Blue Butterfly Pea flower. Sprouted Black Rice powder and other super foods like, cordyceps, plu kow, papaya leaf, matcha green tea, turmeric, mangosteen and moringa. Fruits, nuts, few to no sweets and a delicious energy / meal replacement bar I make from the super foods.

Will I keep going?

Heck yeah i’ll keep going. There are many studies that show that a diet such as this one can help reverse illnesses like type 1 and 2 diabetes, heart disease, cancer, lower blood pressure and blood sugar and many other unknown things that may be occurring within our bodies.

I will keep everyone up to day with my progress. I sincerely hope that everyone who reads this will pass it on through their social media and lines of communication with friends and loved ones. Please join me in this…. the one that benefits most may be you!
