Once again root beer is not to be found at Pricesmart. We have looked at several stores, but no luck. Does anyone know why there seems to be a shortage, or could you point us in the right direction…Continue

Thanks Gene, I'll look forward to meeting you sometime soon. I am not a frequent user of Facebook, I use What's App and email. I am associated with Amigos des Animales, volunteering with their group on a regular basis.

I am assuming you sent the friend request because you noticed that I was from Seattle.

Hello H. Gene, I am trying to get some information about which attorney to use for a gun permit in Boquete or in PTY. I was wondering about Lourdes Miranda, or Mayra Lamboglia. Also because of the long wait times between firearm purchase and actually receiving it would it be better to bring a few  and turn them in for processing?  Also what ammo is locally available? .22, 9mm, .45ACP, maybe even 12 gauge? Thanks for taking the time. I didn't want to ask in Boq.Ning open forum cause I might lose some tail feathers from ground fire. So any help would be appreciated. We're moving down soon and needed a heads up. I have been watching on Ning for a couple of years and saw what you went through. Man those Blue State transplants can be tough, glad they can't vote.

When you want to correct the root canal, you have to extract the tooth and have the ligaments surrounding it removed because they are usually infected too and also completely disinfect the gum area where the tooth was seated.  There is a process of time to allow drainage of any remaining infection out of the gum and bone area which held the tooth.  Then if the bone is still intact, a good quality implant can be installed (most experts are recommending the zirconium -ceramic) or newer plastics for the screw in part and avoid the metals as more people react to the metals than the other materials.

I am not a dentist but am a nurse and also been administrator in a dental clinic.  When a tooth is abscessed, the procedure to do a root canal, extracts the nerves and attempts to disinfect the root canals (there are thousands of miles of tubules in one tooth root)  A good dentist will get most of the infection out, but just a few bacterium left in the root canals will sit there and begin to multiply and emit toxins which are discharged into the blood stream.  This process, over a long period of time, can cause many chronic illnesses to manifest.  I can refer you to several good authors (who are dentists) who can explain this process in detail.

Mr. Lawrence,

They also had one for their own living expenses and one for medical expenses for Ray what he claimed was a sprained finger.  I don't character assassinate anyone but this couple created their Gofundme sites and their services sites within a week of moving to Boquete.  Too much too soon I say.  They should've toned it down and taken it a little sooner and they would've earned respect of people.  Ray's self defense class was admiral and that should've been their start.

And by the way, you'll find me in town feeding the poor by giving them money, we have a group that enjoys hand Martinelli dollar coins to the Ngobe kids.  And as for the dogs, I'm the one that gives the strays bones.  I eat a lot of steak and ribs and freeze them for distribution in town.  The dogs are beginning to follow me now!

Peace my friend.
