Like photography, music (guitar) and reading. My wife, who is a chiricana, and I plan to build our house in the Santa Clara area and retire. Hopefully we will be ready at the end of 2009.

Santa Clara is on the coast, right Mike? My house is the hacienda Cordoba that has been modified. You can see pics at boquetecountryclub.com. I can give you my phone number in the US if you want to talk to me directly.
Hi, Mike: I'm afraid I have no real idea, but one of my partners is a contractor, building both in Panama City and Chiriqui. I'll ask him via email and get back to you.
