In my experience Migration Office in Panama is very carefully
with the requirements of each Visa.
For this specific case Pensionado Visa or Retire Visa the most

My wife and I are coming for a 4-6 week visit in November. I'm retired and have a pension from the US Navy in addition to my Social Security. What would be the cost and lenght of time it would take for me to get my pensionado visa? My wife is only 48 yrs old; is she covered as a dependent on my visa or would she need her own visa?
