IT'S A BIT COUNTERINTUITIVE, but in spite of all the recent wetness in our climate, there is very little water in the coconuts. this is the time of year that the internal water nourishes the sprouting of new coconut plants. the emerging sprouts can take advantage of the available water on the outside of their shell, and get some roots established before there is less available moisture.
we continue to press for oil, but will not offer WATER until conditions stabilize, for it.
until wed afternoon, we can take your orders for:
rich, delicious, raw COCONUT CREAM,
fresh ground, raw, GRATED COCONUT,
and locally made, hand crafted, raw COCONUT OIL, cold pressed from island coconuts, in all stainless equipment, will also be available.
COCONUT PULP we've had recent requests for nearly dry coconut pulp, to finish drying and grind for flour. we do, so just include it in your order.
pick up is thurs afternoon, 4-6 p.m. at the old Bulk Food store.

coconut products are available every thursday, but water, fresh grated, pulp, and cream, must always be preordered by wed evenings. for oil, just feel free to come by with your container and get a fill up!
