      Hi Gary, this is a Mack daddy of a tent . It is valued over $500 and this is brand new never been used. $325 is the best price I can offer . I hope you consider or look at the Wenzel that we are selling for $225 but will take $200.

      Please let me know if you have any other questions. They are both GREAT and very easy to use. Theses are our spears that we purchased for our company that we no longer need.
