The apartment is partially furnished, that includes a fridge, microwave, washing machine, table and a bed.
The apartment is 2 levels, down stairs has a kitchen, bathroom, dining/living room and an outside laundry. Upstairs is like an open loft with wonderful sea breezes, it consists of a main bedroom with a toilet and washbasin, a second bedroom or office. These rooms are divided by heavy curtains for privacy if required otherwise they are normally left open to take advantage of the breeze.
There is a wrap around balcony up stairs with a large area that has a wonderful ocean view.
You will feel that you are almost living outside with views of palms from all but one window.
Out door shower for rinsing off after your daily walk on the beach.
All the windows and doors have both screens for bugs and security bars, the property is fully fenced so you can feel secure. We have a back up water tank, with a pump, wifi internet is also available. Off street parking.
We are situated in the barrio called Coronado just along from Corazon de Jesus. You can see the ocean from the back patio and its less than a minute to walk to the beach.
Depending on the length of your lease price is between $600 and $650 per calendar month.

This is in Coronado area just outside the City, its about 10 minutes by car or taxi
