This beautiful beach side apartment is like a little oasis. Copious amounts of trees for shade and sea breezes to keep you cool from the hot sun.
The apartment is fully furnished, that includes a well equipped kitchen, pots, pans, crockery, cutlery, fridge and microwave. Also there is a set of linen but you may need to bring an extra set with you. So you could basically move in with a suitcase and start relaxing.
The apartment has amazingly high ceilings, ceiling fans in master bedroom and living room.
Master bedroom has an air conditioner with ducting over to the 2nd bedroom with the loft bed.
Abundant counter top space for food preparation and lots of built in kitchen cabinets. There is hot water in kitchen sink, which is a bit of a luxury in Panama. Bathroom/shower has on demand hot water also. Laundry is directly outside the kitchen.
All the windows and doors have both screens for bugs and security bars, the property is fully fenced so you can feel secure. We have a back up water tank, with a pump, wifi internet is also available. Off street parking.
We are situated in the barrio called Coronado just along from Corazon de Jesus. You can see the ocean from the back patio and its less than a minute to walk to the beach.
Depending on the length of your lease price is between $400 and $500 per calendar month.
