try making crackers and see what you'd charge for them! not to mention growing the rosemary and the expense of a good parmesan. i've worked with Sue making these crackers and generally choose to go without them rather than put out the effort myself. they're very effort intensive and time consuming. this product is one of love, not one that's ever going to make Sue rich at our expense, which is something i can say with first hand knowledge, about everything she makes. the perspective of considering nothing but the cost, is why we so rarely have access to Sue's products, which sell like the jewels they are, in Panama City. she offers them because of the demand, not because of great profits!

I'm sure they're scrumptious. I'd love to see them along side soup served at the Panamonte Inn or La Posada.
Perhaps her marketing campaign needs to include Boquete area establishments.
