UGH! BACTERIA, VIRUSES AND MOLD!
Life needs to be a balancing act. We certainly don't want to be constantly exposed to things that can make us sick. But we know, or should know, that if we contrive to live our lives in some kind of prophylactic bubble with no exposure to bacteria and viruses, our immune systems will weaken because they do not receive regular practice in dealing with bad germs. (It's usually better to avoid the mold.)
I should add that our bodies contain probably trillions of “good” bacteria that help our bodies, including our immune systems, to function. That means that inside your body your have maybe 1.5 to six pounds of bacteria that you DON'T want to get rid of.
