Hi, I'm looking to rent an apartment or small house from mid-January to mid-February. It would need to be furnished, with hot water, fast Wi-Fi, and a TV. A garden would be a plus, as I am an avid bird watcher, but not a requirement. I don't drive, and would need to be able to walk to the downtown area easily.
