    Is the house furnished and available for rental in January or February, 2012?  How far is it from downtown Boquete by foot?

      The house is not furnished.  It is available now.

      It is not located close enough to town to walk.

    My wife and I are in Belize right now and will be in Boquete from Dec.1 through Apr 1st...We dont have acess to a phone and are interested in renting..is there an email address we could contact Kara with for more information?

    Is this a furnished house? When is it available, Kara? What is the rental cost and does it include utilities?

      I placed the ad for Kara...so I don't know all the details.

      The house is available now.  It might be partially furnished. The rent is $450., and I don't know if that includes utilities.
