Seeking apartment or small house for short term

I'm moving to Boquete some time in March, & I need some place temporarily until I find a nice house to rent.

It has to be in an area where there's either C&W or Cableonda & reliable electricity.

1-3 bedrooms, prefer hot water. I have everything else. I care for the houses I rent.

Quiet & safe area near buses & taxis to town & David.

Budget is around $300 (we can talk about that).

      That's a bit on the high side for me for 1 bedroom, is C&W or Cableonda in there?

      That means it shares a wall with the neighbor?
