We found that the best way to go, not the least expensive, was to buy a "Cloaking Router" which includes a VPN and the ability to move VPN location, plus it does not require you to dedicate a computer to your VPN. We purchased it from a company called Witopia at www.witopia.com. You have to buy it in the U.S. and must have a U.S. address to do so. We have now been using it for 4 years in Panama and have not had any problems with Netflix, Apple TV or Amazon Prime.
