I have two clients planning on purchasing property in Boquete who would like to rent first.  I am looking for:

1) $500 - $700 per month, 6 month - 1 year lease, fully furnished, near center of Boquete or area with plentiful transportation.

2) $1200 per month, 1 year lease, fully furnished preferred but will consider unfurnished, Boquete or surrounding areas.

We are probably too late for this one, but 2 of our units just came back on the market for rent.

The casitas are obly 1 mile for the town center, 5 minutes by car.  Easy walk downhill with return bus service for $1.00.

Hi, We are looking for a 3 or 4 bedroom 2 bath unfurnished rental/lease option home also.

We are looking for long term home and we do plumbing, tile, yard work, pool upkeep, and basic electric so some repair work ect, is no problem. Moving from Bonita Springs (Naples) area with 4 kids and 1 small dog. Home can be from Caldera to Boquete, but prefer trees in the yard, a stream or pool.

Can wire funds, we are homeowners (have 4/2 pool home in Florida), have references, ect.
