I have a notary appointment for my drivers license in February. I just have a couple of questions. We are in Boquete now. Can we deposit the money for the tax in the national bank here or must it be done in Panama City? David Van Harn mentioned buying stamps for $4 for this process. Some people referred to the bank deposit as a tax others refer to it as a stamp. Can someone clear this up for me? What exactly am I doing at the bank and how much am I giving them? Thanks.
