We have been getting lots of phone calls and emails asking if we will be doing deliveries and pickups for our dinners. The easy answer is yes!! Our business model is designed for this type of situation. You can safely order as much food as your freezer can handle as all of our entrees are prepared fresh (utilizing freezer meal cooking techniques) then frozen using a blast chiller.
This week we are ensuring that our supply chain does not get disrupted. This is only the beginning of what's coming and we are taking every effort and precaution to be prepared. For the past 8 years this community has counted on us to provide high quality freezer meals at the lowest price possible and for the past 4 years we've offered a pickup and delivery service and we will continue to do so during this uncertain time. The health and safety of our customers is our top priority so either I, Cecelia, or Chandler will personally see to all deliveries and pickups.
Eating out can get costly and we are already seeing some local businesses raising their food prices. We are committed to keeping our prices the same regardless of how our food cost increases. We are also continuing to offer a discount to those of you who would like to pick up from our location (more details will follow through our private email group regarding this option).
For those of you not familiar with our service let me explain. We offer high quality freezer dinners that are designed to feed 2 adults. Our pricing ranges from $2.50 per person to $5.00 per person depending on the dinners. Some of our entrees can even feed 3-4 adults depending on your appetite (this brings the cost down even lower!). Our freezer dinners are made with long term storage in mind so when you purchase a freezer dinner that's in a tin you can safely store it for 3-4 months in your freezer and if you purchase a freezer dinner that's in a vac sealed bag you can safely store it for 12 months in your freezer.
We try to accommodate many tastes so our menu is extensive. We have everything from keto to gluten free. Vegan, Pork, Chicken, Seafood, Vegetarian, and Beef. We offer Thai, Chinese, Russian, French, Cajun, American, Comfort Food, Mexican, Italian, BBQ and so much more... Each week we are adding new items to our menu to keep it fresh and exciting.

I want to address a few issues before we move forward concerning some of the changes we will be making. Since Covid-19 has spread to Panama and the number of cases are rising each day, it is incredibly important that we take every precaution to stay healthy and safe. We will only be offering pickups and deliveries at this time. Depending on how this situation evolves me might have to change that in the future. We are taking it one day at a time as of now.
If you plan on picking up your order here are a few things that you need to be aware of.
- Our pick up days and times have changed. You can now pick up your order on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday between 11am and 3pm.
- We are asking that you call ahead so that we can get your order ready. If you are coming on Saturday or Sunday you can call me at 6866-0072 and if you are coming on Monday you can call Chandler at 6644-1934
- If you order a Banana Bread you must pick up on Monday as this is when they will be ready
- Please try and bring exact change if possible. If you can't I understand
- Please respect social distance. We are asking that one customer come to the gate at a time and the rest stay in your cars. Once that customer leaves the next one in line can approach. If you call ahead and have your money ready this process will go quite fast.
- If you are sick or are experiencing any flue like symptoms please don't leave your home.
- We are implementing these changes for our protection and for yours. If you have a problem with any of these changes you can contact me privately and we can discuss the matter
If you plan on taking delivery here are a few changes you will need to be aware of.

- I will make all deliveries on Monday. Starting at 9am until I am finished. Between 9am and 12, I am generally delivering in Bajo Boquete and Alto Boquete. Between 12 and 5 - I am generally delivering to the outer areas of Boquete. Be patient.
- We will only be accepting cash for your orders. At this time no checks will be accepted
- Please try to have the correct change if possible. If you can't I understand.
- I will be in a hurry so if you have a gate or a fence, I am asking that you meet me there. I will call ahead to let you know I am coming.
- If you live in an area that has a difficult road to get to, I am asking that you either select pick up or you meet me in town and I can give you your order. Areas like Alto Jaramillo are included in this zone.
- I will not be delivering to the David area for the time being. If you live in David or the surrounding areas you will have to come by and pick up your order. This may change in the future.
- If you are sick or are experiencing any flu like symptoms please let me know in advance.
- As this situation evolves so shall we.

With that out of the way this week we have lots to choose from. We are offering bacon leek casserole, Sweet sticky spicy chicken, Chinese Orange Chicken, Low Fat Turkey Taco Lasagna, Kung Pao Chicken, Breakfast sausage (Mild and Spicy), and chicken and apple sausage (this is no longer pork free). We also have lots of fermented foods to keep your probiotics high and many more options.

This will/is a great service...I came to Boquete as a retired single Black women. I am self sufficient. But, not driving a car here can be challenging. Especially now with the Covid-19 virus. You say you will charge a $3 delivery charge for orders less than $35. I am willing to place a $35 order and donate $30 for at least 10 orders less than $35 for people that may be struggling right now. I think that we all need to do what we can to help each other...especially now
