NEW THIS WEEK:
Chicken Cordon Bleu with a smoked Gouda Cheese sauce drizzled over the top and a side of steamed Veggies. Broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots. This classic dish is elegant and delicious. A wonderfully prepared and chosen chicken breast that has been seasoned and stuffed with ham and Swiss cheese. Battered with Panko bread crumbs and grilled to lock in the juices. Once grilled the entire chicken creation gets baked to perfection. This dinner serves 2 people.
Chicken Pot Pie. What else can we say. I took this classic from grandmother’s recipe book and put an original spin to it. First we start with an original dough recipe. After 24 hours of resting we make the mold and overstuffed the pie and load it with great veggies including celery, carrots, peas, garlic, sautéed onions and more. We then add the grilled chicken and make sure that each bite is tender and juicy. Finally we pour our base right on top of our mixture and slowly allow it to work its way down into our pie. I then cover the entire pie with a second dough. This is our crust. Grand-maw would be proud… This pie can easily serve 6 - 8 adults.
St. Louis Style BBQ Pork Ribs. I was hesitant to bring this out this week but I kept getting nudged so here we are. These Pork ribs are marinated in my special marinade for 48 hours prior to cooking. We incorporate plenty of onions, garlic, and herbs during the cooking process to infuse the flavors and once we are finished the rib bones can be pulled out by a 2 year old. You have never seen ribs so tender and juicy.. This comes with a side of roasted garlic and kale mashed potatoes. (There is a very limited quantity on the ribs this week so please let me know if you want to pre-order) Once we are sold out there will be no more till the next time. Each serving serves 2 people as it contains half a rack of ribs. (This meal is Gluten Free)SOLD OUT
Chicken Alfredo Lasagna. This Lasagna gets away from the traditional flavors of a meat lasagna and steers towards a more cream style chicken sauce. Lots of herbs and spices mixed with white meat and lasagna noodles this pasta dish is certainly worth a shot. Each portion feeds 1 person.
Filet of Basa served in a White Wine Lemon Caper Sauce. This great white Asia fish is tender and flakey and served with a side of pollenta. A very simple dish that is perfect if you are looking for an alternative to meat or a different source for Omega -3. Each portion feeds 1 person. (This Meal is Gluten Free)
Mexican Beef Enchiladas. The traditional enchilada with a twist is coming to you this week. I have taken choice cuts of meat and shredded them to create a filling for this red sauce coated enchilada. Loads of grilled onions and garlic compliment the meat as we smother everything with several different cheeses and black olives. Comes with 6 enchiladas and a generous portion of Mexican Rice. (This Meal is Gluten Free)
Mexican Chicken Enchiladas. This enchilada is a bit spicier as we use our homegrown peppers and tomatillos to make our green sauce. Mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, and Monterrey jack come together to coat a layer of white chicken meat, grilled onions, and grilled garlic. This is a true delight. Each portion has 6 enchiladas and Mexican Rice on the side. (This is a gluten free meal)
European Meatloaf. Some of you might remember the European Meatloaf that Joe brought in the past. We sold out of it each week and as a commitment to you we try to cycle our menu. Joe has decided to bring it back. This fantastic meatloaf is not your ordinary dinner. The subtle flavors that resonate in each bite are amazing. Served with a side of potatoes and covered in a homemade gravy this dish will fill your belly and make you smile. It freezes great and is ready for you when you don’t feel like cooking..
Filet Mignon Beef Stroganoff. We introduced this item 2 weeks ago and each week we have sold out. We are very grateful and thank all of you for that. We take a lot of time to make sure that the meat is prepared properly so that you can enjoy only the most tender bites of Filet Mignon as you experience a combination of flavors that stem from sautéed onions, garlic, fresh button mushrooms, and fresh crimini mushrooms in a rich cream sauce. You have never had a stroganoff like this. Each Portion serves 2 people and is recommended to serve over egg noodles (Noodles not included)
We decided to make a few more Swedish Meatball dinners because of their popularity. These delicious little treats are just amazing. A glazed meatball that is seasoned perfectly. Each spice accents the other and what you have is a perfect combination of flavor and texture. Yummy. Each dinner serves 2
From the Orient we have Thai Beef and Broccoli, Chinese Pepper Steak, and Chicken Penang this week.
Finally if you just want a good old fashion southern baked chicken and roasted potatoes we will have a few this week. Last week we sold out and promised to have a few more for the market. This dish feed 2.
