Hospital Cooperativo is the only non-profit hospital in Panama. Its prices are low, and they are even lower for members of the cooperative medical discount plan.
You can use the hospital's services without being a member of the plan, or you can join the plan and receive discounts on servises and pharmaceuticles at the pharmacy The cost for the plan is $120 per person per year. you can sign up for the plan or make appointments or go to the emergency room at the hospital
