The insurance office is a poorly run business that can change a quoted price and coverage whenever they please and hold up reimbursement due do any excuse.The medical plan gives you information only which is not the same as the reality of it all.

Susan, let me first say I do not have the plan you are referring to. However, this question has been asked in various forms on various forums about 30 times. I have followed this subject for 8 years and to the best of my ability to remember, the plan will pay for about 51% of the covered charges. This could have changed, good luck on this quest. In my opinion the best thing to do is ask them the hard questions and get it in writing. If it ain't with-in the four corners of the paper, it ain't !!!!
