Well the time has come to post the menu that many of you have been asking about. Out Thanksgiving menu is fun and full of wonderful flavors and ingredients. We have decided to focus on the sides as everyone generally has the main dish covered (Although we will be featuring 1 turkey dinner that is complete with sides and trimmings).
If you are going to a dinner party and need to bring a dish then this is the perfect solution. Allow us to do the cooking for you. Our Thanksgiving sides will feed between 3-4 people. If you need larger portions simply let us know and we can customize a container for you.

Thanksgiving Menu:
Almond Crusted Turkey breast drizzled with Basil Pesto served with cranberry cous cous and potato croquettes $8.00 (Serves 1): This complete Thanksgiving dinner is ready for you to enjoy. A wonderful blend of seasonal flavors come together with every bite. Enjoy the staples in a non traditional manner.
Thanksgiving Sides:
Fresh Green Bean Casserole $6.00: (Gluten Free) There is nothing processed about this dish. Made from organic green beans, mushrooms, and fresh crispy fried onions, this dish is a sure winner at any Thanksgiving table.
Sweet Potato Casserole $6.00: (Gluten Free) Enjoying sweet potatoes with turkey has been a culinary delight since before I can remember. Enjoy this great side as I have prepared it with wonderful spices and topped it with pecans and marshmallows.
Broccoli Gratin $5.00: This wonderful side dish uses a creamy Dijon sauce to pair the broccoli with cheddar cheese and parmesan cheese. Bread crumbs top this platter to create a nice crispy crust that’s cheesy and delicious.
Roasted Potato Fingerlings & Green Beans with a creamy Tarragon Sauce $5.00: Enjoy this delicious variation of the classic Roasted potato side. Bursting with flavor and texture this side dish is amazing all by itself..
Southern Cornbread Dressing $5.00: Sticking to a true Southern tradition, cornbread dressing is a true winner. Lots of butter, herbs, cornbread, and stuffing make this recipe one that’s hard to deviate from. Coming from generations of Southern cooks you will be impressed and delighted by the amazing flavors this dressing has to offer.
Southern Pumpkin Pie $8.00: This great dessert is a must at every dinner table. Creamy and full of wonderful holiday spices this pumpkin pie is as authentic as they come.
Dutch Apple Pie $8.00: Another great dessert to finish off your Thanksgiving meal. Bring to a dinner party and watch this pie fly off the table. Topped with a brown betty crumble.
Pizza Menu: Enjoy the convenience of having a wonderful authentic Italian style pizza in the comfort of your own home. Whenever you want it. Joe and I have been working on some very creative ideas to make just that happen and as of today we nailed it!! We now have “TO GO” pizzas available from Mi Tio’s Place. A great concept in frozen Pizzas. We bake the bread in Joe’s wood fired brick oven then build your pizza masterpiece. Once you get it home all you have to do is slam that baby in your freezer. When you are ready to have the great Italian style pizza that Mi Tio’s Place is famous for then all you need to do is take it out of the freezer and into the oven. Voila!! 30 minutes later it’s PIZZA TIME… All of the flavor and all of the freshness in your very own living room..
Cheese Pizza: $6.50 (A classic in its own right. Fresh mozzarella over a nice thin layer of fresh herbs and sweet tomato sauce)
Pepperoni Pizza; $7.00 (Take the amazing cheese pizza and add pepperoni all over it!!)
Margareta Pizza: $7.00 (Bail, fresh herbs, tomatoes, Mozzarella cheese, and sweet pizza sauce make this an East Coast favorite)
Melanzane Pizza: $8.00 (My personal favorite. Fresh Eggplant, roasted garlic, tomatoes, fresh herbs, mozzarella cheese, and sweet pizza sauce)
Veggie Pizza: $7.50 (we took the garden and threw it on a pie. A little bit of everything from the garden goes into this veggie lovers pie)
Meat Pizza: $8.00 (Pepperoni, ham, and sausage over fresh mozzarella cheese, fresh herbs, and sweet pizza sauce)
Mushroom Pizza: $8.00 (as simple as it sounds. We start with fresh mushrooms and we end with fresh mushrooms. Mozzarella cheese, herbs, and sauce all in the middle.) WARNING FOR MUSHROOM LOVERS ONLY!!
Hawaiian Pizza: $9.00 (Take this great ham and grilled pineapple pizza and let your taste buds do the rest. Absolutely delicious)

Regular Menu:
Sauerbraten and Spaetzle $8.00: Last week we sold out so fast our heads were spinning. So as promised we made a fresh batch and our meat is almost done marinating. Served with a ginger sauce.
Filet Mignon Beef Stroganoff (Gluten Free) $9.00: Using the most tender cuts of beef and pairing them with crimini, button, and Portobello mushrooms we deliver a creamy and delicious beef stroganoff. A comfort food with an elegant twist. Comes with egg noodles. (Serves 2)
Asparagus, mushroom, and chicken dinner $9.00: This wonderful dinner has nothing but top shelf ingredients. Fresh asparagus, fresh crimini, button, and fresh Portobello mushrooms in a wonderful cream sauce over pan seared and chicken breast meat. Served over pasta. (Serves 2)
Walnut and Rosemary crusted Chicken: This is a dish we experimented with a few weeks ago and the response was overwhelming. “BRING IT BACK” is all we heard. So this week it’s back. Two tender and moist chicken breast that have been marinated in a buttermilk and Dijon sauce then breaded in walnuts, rosemary, and bread crumbs. Pan seared then baked to perfection. This week we will be serving this over a bed of pasta and drizzled with a broccoli pesto.
Sheppard’s Pie $5.00 for a regular size or $12.00 for a large (Gluten Free): This meat pie is full of flavor. Utilizing Rosemary and thyme we create a wonderful beef gravy and toss it with carrots and peas for the complete package. Topped with creamed potatoes and baked this comfort food is time tested.
Chicken Marsala $8.00 (Gluten Free): This wonderful Italian Dish is prepared with all white meat chicken and cooked in a Marsala wine Reduction Sauce which is the served with fresh mushrooms (Crimini button, and Portobello). Served over a bed of pasta and ready for you to enjoy.
