Here is the menu for this week at the BCP on Tuesday. We will be there between 9am and 12pm. We want to thank you first of all for your business and support. We appreciate the feedback and look to continually improve our menu items.. We are still working on developing an affordable gluten free bread. Right now the costs are out of line. Here’s what’s new:
Joe has decided to make a sundried tomato and roasted garlic bread. What a treat. He is also bringing back (By Popular Demand) his Chocolate Strawberry Loaf… Joe will also be making his delicious New York Style Crumb Cake this week.
I will have Oyster Mushroom Grow Kits (Limited Supply) for those who would like one. They are extra large Kits that will produce an average of 2 pounds of gourmet oyster mushrooms over the course of 8 weeks. If you would like to reserve yours let me know in advance.
Last week we spotlighted Daily’s Thai Penang Chicken Dinner. The response was overwhelming and we sold out completely. This week we asked Chef Don to prepare more so that we can have plenty for everyone. This dinner comes with fresh Basil, fresh Kaffir Lime, and peanuts (all on the side).
This week we are bringing our homemade enchilada sauce. For those Authentic Mexican Dinners we have prepared the perfect Hot and Mild Enchilada Sauce for you.
I will also bring Kambucha Starters for those who would like some. (This is a pre-order item only).
I will have banana walnut bread and carrot walnut bread available as well.
I will have Pizza Crusts for those of you that want to create your own yummy pie!!
Finally some Homemade Ginger Ale. Made with fresh organic ginger, sugar, yeast, and fresh lemons.

Cheese Please ($6.50): Pan style buttery crust, sweet sauce, fresh herbs (Basil, Parsley, Oregano), and loads of mozzarella cheese cover a layer sharp cheddar and Monterey jack cheese to complete this trifecta of dairy delicacies.
Marghar-Etta ($7.00): This light pizza has no pizza sauce but instead brushed on Olive Oil, loads of fresh garlic, mozzarella cheese, sliced fresh tomatoes (exotic and organic ones from our garden when available), fresh sweet Italian basil, cracked pepper, red pepper flakes, and parmesan cheese. Cecelia gives this one 5 stars.
Pepperoni Panama ($7.00): A carefully constructed pepperoni pizza that starts with the dough and layers sweet pizza sauce mixed with fresh basil, oregano, parsley, topped with mozzarella cheese and loaded with pepperonis.
Crazy for Spinach ($7.50): (Now with more spinach) this wonderful pizza is a blend of our organic spinach selection and includes Bloomsdale Longstanding, New Zealand, Giant Nobel, Italian Matador, Bordeaux, and Purple Passion Spinach. Add roasted garlic, onions, cracked pepper, sweet pizza sauce, and mozzarella cheese. Voila!!!
Veggie Delight ($7.50): This Pizza is just what it sounds like. Bell Peppers (Yellow, Green, and Red), mushrooms, black olives, onions, and minced garlic lie in between a bed of mozzarella cheese that sits on top of our herb infused sweet pizza sauce. The methodical organization of the ingredients in this pizza is what makes this pie a treat for any palate.
The Works ($8.00): This pizza combines Veggie and Pepperoni into one edible masterpiece.
The Italian Garden ($8.00): This delicious pizza creation just makes the most sense. Sweet Italian pizza sauce, fresh basil, thyme, oregano, and parsley, loads of minced garlic, mozzarella cheese, onions, olives, fresh mushrooms, and Italian sausage slow cooked then seared and seasoned.
Carne-Val ($8.00): Meat eaters can finally rejoice. This Pizza is all about the celebration of meat and more meat. This carnivore’s dream comes true with a combination of Italian Sausage, Bacon, Ham, well seasoned Hamburger Meat and Pepperoni. All layered on top of a sweet pizza sauce, fresh herbs, and mozzarella cheese.
Bocas Del Pizza ($8.00): This Caribbean style pizza starts with the perfect Pan dough, and then topped with herbs and sweet pizza sauce, next we add mozzarella cheese. We’re not even close to being done!! I then add a layer of Caribbean style cooked grilled chicken, grilled sweet onions, Island grilled pineapples, and grilled fresh Caribbean peppers from our garden. Finally we add a touch of Himalayan sea salt and cracked pepper to boot. **This is a spicy Pizza**
