I'm doing some construction in Volcanito and my ayudante who lives nearby took a job with the municipio. I'm looking for a part-time worker, fairly long term. Must be Panamanian with good references. Own transportation highly preferred. English not necessary. At this stage it is mostly laying block and welding. Must know how to weld.
Not to be negative but it would save a lot of time and potentially some hard feelings if "middlemen", weak or antagonistic or substandard workers that someone felt sorry for, choborros, etc. were not referred. I'm fairly easy to work for and ask that you magine yourself in my shoes for such a project. As I've interviewed a few of the above in the past.
Thanks in advance.
