OK, this may be an odd question, but I thought I'd just put it out there. I know this wonderful Brazilian man who has lived in Canada and many other areas over his career. He is riding his horses from Canada to Brazil. He has made it all the way through S. Canada, the USA, and Central America with not too much trouble. He has run into a serious snag trying to enter and ride through Panama. Does anybody have any suggestions or tricks that he can use to get to ride through the country to get to his home in Brazil. He has been on the road for over a year and I have been following him the entire way, since he left my friends' house in Okotoks, AB. Thanks for any and all ideas. You can read about Filipe here.
