This is a difficult post to write, not because I don't know about the subject but because I want to be neutral in the presentation of the information.
My subject is the recent problem with Klebsiella bacteria in a hospital in Panama and the longer-term concerns about the SARS-CoV-2 virus which is the coronavirus that causes the COVID-19 disease. The Klebsiella bacterium is resistant to antibiotics and very difficult to control, The SARS-COV2 virus has been made to sound impossible to deal with unless a miracle vaccine is produced and administered to every person in the world.
It is true that Klebsiella resists antibiotics. Of course, antibiotics will not ever work to kill or protect against viruses because they only work against bacteria.
There is good news, but, oddly enough, the very people responsible for trying to solve such problems do not want you to hear it. Though silver has been used for centuries to protect against and treat infections, and though it was approved and used by doctors in the US until the mid- or late 1930s, ever since the pharmaceutical industry began producing antibiotics, it has been marginalized and bad-mouthed. Recently, when a company began selling colloidal silver for use against COVID, the FDA sued to obtain an injunction against the company. WebMD says colloidal silver is inefective and dangerous and does not work against viruses. TV stations have produced segments saying that it does not work and may be dangerous. These are lies.
However, if you go to scientific literature, you will find that silver nano-particles (extremely small particles of silver) are, indeed, effective against Klebsiella, against MRSA, against C. Dificil and other antibiotic-resistant bacteria. You will also find that the nano-particle form of colloidal silver is effective for use against SARS-CoV-2 (COVID).
Those of you who have used colloidal silver for colds, flu, other infection, cuts, scrapes, etc. know that when you take it the cold greatly lessens in severity or goes away completely. Colds are caused by several different viruses. Among them are coronaviruses of the same general kind that cause COVID-19. In fact, if you have had a cold in the past couple of years or so, you are very likely to test positive for COVID-19. More important, you are likely to have some degree of what is called “T-cell immunity” to COVID-19 because the viruses are so similar.
Of course, you do not want to become infected with COVID-19 or any other viral or bacterial disease, but if you maintain your health well and have no other diseases that put you at risk, the COVID-19 is not a basis for a lot of fear. People under the age of 50 who become infected have an almost-zero likelihood of dying. The actual figure stated by the CDC is one death in 5,000. Even people over sixty years of age have a 95.5% survival rate.
The figures above are for the general run of people. If you take Vitamin D3, Vitamin C, Zinc and a two or three teaspoons of colloidal silver every day, you can make yourself practically bulletproof. If you should acquire an infection, you can increase the vitamin and zinc intake and take much larger doses of colloidal silver.
Why did I say that I wanted to be neutral in my presentation of information? As some of you know, I make and sell a line of products called El Matador which includes colloidal silver.
