Asian Basa Fillet over a bed of beet rice and black lotus mushroom. This fish has been marinated in a soy, lime, and ginger sauce and is served ready for you to toss in the oven. This traditional Asan dish is a white and flakey fish with a mild flavor. Perfect for those who like fish but not that fishy flavor. The flavors will come to life as you cook this beautiful dish. (Only 3 left): $6.00 each. Each portion contains 1 huge fish fillet. SOLD OUT
I am personally excited to have Swedish Meatballs this week. We have specially prepared a pork meatball perfectly seasoned and garnished and seared in a honey and brown sugar sauce. In a true Swedish fashion we created a gravy to compliment the sweetness of the meatball. Utilizing ginger, nutmeg, cloves, and other spices we think that you will love it. This dish is served with a side of sautéed broccoli and a cheddar topping and feeds 2. $7.00
Back by popular demand we are making Thai Beef and Broccoli again. I personally found that the last batch had too much soy sauce so we have lowered the sodium content and it is wonderful!!. Tender pieces of beef that are guaranteed to fall apart as you eat them mixed with Asian sauces and broccoli. All you need to do is serve over rice or noodles and you have a hearty Thai dinner. $5.00
Chinese Pepper Steak is a new menu item this week. We have been asked to do this dish several time but just haven’t had the time. This week we are making the time. This wonderful and flavorful dish is not only packed with meat but also a wide variety of crispy veggies that will bring life and color to your plate. This dish is a dinner for 2 and is served with our special Asian rice. $8.00
Finally we are serving our Old Fashion Fillet Mignon Beef Stroganoff this week again. The demand was so great last week that we sold out in less than 12 hours. We are only using the most tender cuts of fillet and then we then go through a second process to ensure that the meat is a tender as it was back home. Our Stroganoff Cream Sauce is as heavenly as it is rich as we add fresh button mushrooms, sautéed onions, and other spices to tie everything together. This is a very filling dish and will serve 2. We recommend serving over egg noodles (egg noodles not provided): $8.00
Thank you for your support and as always we appreciate your business and enjoy cooking for you

yeah ,try it ! ,,,..and if you really want to get the "Swedish" from the meatballs , serve with Janssons Temptation (potato casserole)
PS I also always use breadcrumbs soaked in milk to mix into the meatballs, also an egg, thyme and chopped onions...milk, breadcrumbs in a hard paste.....egg to help 'bind'....
glad to see someone else adding nutmeg to the Swedish meatballs.....but 'just pork' meatballs? 'back home' we would use 30-40% pork meat mixed with 60-70% beef...
