Looks lovely. does that include utilities and if so, which ones? It seems quite large to have only one bedroom.... if it isn't already rented when I get to Boquete, I'd like to see it. Will be there on 418 or so.

It comes with water, Electric is about $40 per month. The bedroom is 16 ft by 20 ft. I can put you in touch with my property mgr Yelin. She is a great person to know in Boquete with lots of contacts. She also lives actross the street from the property.
