They are open from 8 AM to Noon on Monday, 11 AM to 3 PM on Wednesday and 8 AM to Noon on Friday. Closed Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. I have not received any mail in the last couple on months.

Oh, one other thing John, I don't go to the usually places foreigners hang out. I'm kept busy with my Panamanian relatives and there are a lot of foreigners who have different view then me.
