No water

No water in Los Nances.....via Caldera just before Montanas de Calderea which is now Village on the Canyon.

No electricity for 3 days now. We and our neighbors have made several calls to union Fenosa. They will not come!

3 days ago, the wires were hanging due to wind, Union Fenosa sent out a 3rd party to repair. They crossed hot wires causing sparks and it caused a fire. Blew the transformer. Group effort of the neighborhood put out the fire. The crew of workers left and we haven't had electricity since! We call and call and call. They say that a report is in the system, transfer us to an automated thingy and hang up. We need help. Suggestions and help would be greatly appreciated.

If you want to force Fenosa simply schedule a parade and invite Fenosa! Works every time!

So, the electricity is finally back on. After basically everyone in the neighborhood enlisting their perspective attorneys and help from our representante Joswar, they came out and did a 10 minute fix and it was back on.

The water....well, I suppose its just our turn. They are replacing pipes all around us and getting water to people who have not had it for weeks so being out a couple of days, we will deal with. I appreciate the fact that the Mayor has answers to our questions. I think he is a good man and truly works for the community.

Thanks to our community peeps for giving us suggestions and offers for help. We live in a great community!
