We are renting a 2 bedroom, two bathroom house with a hot tub, internet, backup generator and dual source water system from May 6 to December 2010. The house has a splendid view of Volcan Baru, a charming terrace with outdoor dining table and gas grill and an excellent outdoor fireplace with gas backup. The house is in a nice neighborhood with streetlights and there is an alarm system and concerned neighbors. Call Eric at 6427 0582 for more details.

would like to see pictures. can you send me a link? Also would this house be available for a long term rental like for maybe a year or longer? Is it pet friendly?
We were planning on leaving in July and returning in December. We might be able to extend our stay a month or so, that will depend on housing where we are going.
As far as pet friendly, there are two German Shepherds owned by my neighbor who in the past have attacked other dogs. I don't think it has happened this year and there used to be 3 shepherds and one has passed, perhaps that was the aggressive one and the others followed. Anyway, I thought you should know. If it is a little dog, we don't want it on our furniture or in our beds. We might be able to erect a little fence around our terrace if you were going to be leaving the dog for long periods. Lastly, I am allergic to cats.
If this hasn't fazed you and you'd still like a link to photos, I'll send them right away.
Thanks for your reply. The house won't do for us. We are looking for a long term rental not a vacation rental or short term. We are interested in a year or more. And we do have a cat! And two cocker spaniels that are like our children so we would definitely not leave them outside all the time. Thanks for your quick response though and if you hear of anything that might fit our needs please let us know.
